All orders above £100 will qualify for free next day delivery.
Note: All prices include VAT, if applicable, but exclude delivery costs, which will be included in the total amount due. If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. In the event that if import duties and taxes remain unpaid by you, we are under no obligation to compensate for any losses as a result of destruction or abandonment of your order.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Box, BFPO, APO and FPO addresses. We also do not offer delayed or named day deliveries. Once your order is placed it will be fulfilled and despatched within the timelines specified in the table above. For large orders, you may receive a call from our Customer Services team as other charges may apply.
All orders placed over the weekend (Sat-Sun) will be shipped on the following Monday.

For purchases from outside the UK, import duties and taxes or equivalent may be due and payable in the jurisdiction in which the Goods are ordered/delivered. The recipient will be responsible for the payment of all these charges. We cannot accept any responsibility for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.
If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the buyer of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported.
Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. We cannot also be held accountable for delays in Custom Clearance.
