Returning unwanted items

  1. Wahy Limited (trading as Wahy London) offers a 14 day return policy on all items, for any reason, excluding those items that are personalised or customised to specific requirements.
  2. Please note that the delivery charge for the original order will not be reimbursed, and we are unable to reimburse your postage costs for returning items to us, and the risk remains with you until we receive the items.
  3. Unwanted items can only be returned provided that all packaging remains unopened, any seals remain unbroken and that the items are returned in their original condition to us.
  4. To return unwanted item(s), please send an email within 14 days of the date on which the goods were delivered to info@wahylondon.com with the following details:
    4.1 Your order number
    4.2 The item(s) in the order that you wish to return
    4.3 Reasons for wanting to return the item(s)
    4.5 Whether you want to return the item(s) in the post or to our London store, 103 Railway Arches, Cannon Street Road, London, E1 2LY, United Kingdom
  1. Please do make sure to pack the unwanted item(s) carefully to avoid any damage in transit.
  2. Once we have received and reviewed the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 working days of receipt. 

Returning damaged, incorrect or defective items for a refund or replacement 

  1. Wahy Limited (trading as Wahy London) offers free returns on all items that are damaged in transit, incorrect or defective.
  2. If you find that any items in your order are damaged in transit, you should sign the delivery note, where possible, to the effect that the items have been damaged and send us an email at support@wahylondon.com within 14 days of delivery of the order.
  3. If you find that any items in your order are incorrect or defective, including any items that have been personalised, then you should send us an email at support@wahylondon.com within 14 days of delivery of the order.
  4. Please provide us with the following details in your email:
    4.1 Your order number
    4.2 The item(s) in the order that you wish to return
    4.3 Photo the item(s)
    4.4 What is wrong with the item(s)
    4.5 Whether you would like for us to replace the item(s) or refund the item(s)
    4.6 Whether you want to return the item(s) in the post or to our London store, 103 Railway Arches, Cannon Street Road, London, E1 2LY, United Kingdom
  1. On receipt of your email, we will issue you a RMA number and send to you via email:
    5.1 a return label if you choose to return the item(s) in the post; or
    5.2 details for returning the item(s) in-store if you choose to return the item(s) at our London store.
  2. If you choose to return the item(s) in the post, you will need to print out the return label, attach this to the outside of your package and drop this package off at your nearest Post Office.
  3. Please do make sure to pack the unwanted item(s) carefully to avoid any damage in transit.
  4. If you requested a refund, we will review and process your refund within 5 working days of receipt of the returned items. If all items in your original order are returned, the delivery charge for that order will be refunded. If not all the items in your original order are returned, the delivery charge for that order will not be refundable
  5. If you requested a replacement, we will despatch this within 5 working days of receipt of the returned items. You will not be charged any additional costs for delivery of replacements.
