Qahwah Honey Tiramisu

Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup brewed espresso or coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup WAHY London Qahwah Honey
- 24-30 ladyfinger biscuits
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
- Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the mascarpone-cream mixture.
- Combine espresso (or coffee) and Qahwah Honey in a shallow dish. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the espresso mixture and arrange a layer on the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone-cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers and finish with the remaining mascarpone-cream mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
