Qahwah Honey Tiramisu

Indulge in this delicious twist on the classic Italian dessert this Eid – Qahwah Honey Espresso Tiramisu! WAHY London's Qahwah Honey adds an irresistible depth of flavor to this elegant dessert, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a cozy night in. 🍰 🍯☕


  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup brewed espresso or coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup WAHY London Qahwah Honey
  • 24-30 ladyfinger biscuits
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting


  1. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
  2. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the mascarpone-cream mixture.
  5. Combine espresso (or coffee) and Qahwah Honey in a shallow dish. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the espresso mixture and arrange a layer on the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone-cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers and finish with the remaining mascarpone-cream mixture.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
